1. Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is expired upon delivery
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Clearance or promotional items unless defective

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds may be processed through:

  • Store credit or replacement product

Refund processing may take between 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturer defects

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

6. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may have separate return conditions depending on the agreement and product type.
